You have 14 days from date the delivery service indicated the package was delivered. Items MUST be in their original condition. Apparel must be unwashed, free of any perfumes, stains and unworn.
Contact us via email at browniedreams23@gmail.com and provide pictures along with the reason for the return. Refunds will be issued once the item(s) has been returned in their original condition. Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable. ALL PENS AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
Please also note that no refunds will given for items that you did not receive due to delays in shipping and/or you not receiving your items on your expected date of delivery.
