We do our best to ship all items within 3 to 5 business days with the exception of our Tumblers.
Most of our tumblers are made to order. Currently our tumblers ship out 2-3 weeks from the date the order was placed. If you are ordering a custom tumbler, your order will be shipped 2-3 weeks AFTER the design has been approved by the customer. Please plan accordingly.
We have found that shipping USPS is the most cost effective way to ship for both ourselves and our customers. Priority Mail will arrive in 1 to 3 business days. First Class economy will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Although USPS delivers on the weekends, they do not consider weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a business day.
Big bulk orders will be shipped UPS and usually arrives 3-5 business days.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipping and/or you not receiving your items on your expected date of delivery. If it states it was delivered but you have not received the package, please check with your local post office, UPS, or Fedex to file a claim. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to these conditions.
